If you find that you get angry very quickly and you lose control, little things will make you cross, people stay out of your way because they are scared of you, you have got yourself into trouble, you have lost your job, your anger is controlling you, then it is time to stop.

Anger is a quite natural primitive instinct but anger used as a problem solving technique is rarely effective. It tends to make others feel wary of us or it may mean that they become angry too. When that happens no one is really listening anymore. Once we start to act on our anger then it starts to become an ingrained behaviour where it can take control over our lives leaving no room for anything else.
